Andrew Bridgen Vaccine Debate Claims
Fact Verified
Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen made some of
the claims about the protection
and efficacy of vaccines against Covid-19
during the 'Vaccines:
Potential Harm' postponement debate he raised in
the House of Commons on December 13.
Some of those claims were missing crucial context,
so we took a closer look at four of them.
We previously checked the veracity of Mr Bridgen's claims
about Covid-19 vaccines twice in recent weeks:
once when he misrepresented the Prime Minister's questions
about vaccinations during pregnancy
and lactation, and one at a time during a broader
discussion about vaccines for COVID-19.
The document goes on to mention that "reports almost
never exceed 2-4% of non-critical reactions."
