Arsenal loudmouth Piers Morgan admits Mikel Arteta became 'worst prediction ever'

The TV presenter, who isn't exactly famous for reviewing stupid reviews (*cough* Cristiano Ronaldo *cough*), admitted he got "absolutely wrong" about the Spaniard

labeling his pre-season prediction that Tottenham could finish above his beloved. Gunners as one of the "worst forecasters ever".

"I was dead wrong about Arteta," Morgan admitted in his column for The Sun. "Luckily, I was also completely wrong about Spurs and Conte

And as we head into another North London derby this Sunday, I'm happy to confess I've never been happier to make a predictive jerk out of myself."

Following Arsenal's 3-0 defeat by Tottenham in May, also last year, which successfully dominated them from a top-four finish, Morgan demanded

Seven months later, Arsenal are five points clear at the top of the most desirable League, competition they haven't had in almost a long time

Morgan insisted he "wouldn't trade" any member of Arsenal's starting XI for a Tottenham player other than Harry Kane, but "it's better because [Gabriel] Jesus is injured.

He was also hoping for "a big win for Arsenal" on Sunday and that Tottenham boss Antonio Conte will "throw his toys off the touchline of the pram".
