Elon Musk: Twitter Clients Vote for
Chief's Resignation
Twitter users have voted for Elon Musk to step down
as the platform's government leader
after the billionaire conducted
a survey about his future.
A full 57.5% voted "yes" after Musk asked his 122
million followers if he had to retire.
Musk, who sold Twitter for $44bn (£36bn), said before closing
the vote that he could follow the outcome.
The billionaire at the time, who also runs Tesla and Space X, has faced plenty
of complaints since he took over the website.
Musk has done little more than comment because the vote was closed.
Even if he resigned as head of government
More than 17.5 million users voted on his ticket on Monday,
with 42.5% voting against Musk's resignation.
