Man who claims
he was poisoned by Taco Bell has a history of lawsuits
AURORA, Col. (KDVR) – FOX31 has obtained new information in the case of a man who
claimed he poisoned himself after eating at a Taco Bell restaurant in Aurora.
Investigators with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office
confirmed that there was actually rat poison in the man's food. However, the big questions remain
On Sunday, a disturbance was reported because the
refreshment device was not working in the restaurant. This all happened at the power window of the Taco Bell
Authorities confirmed that the man who made the rat poison claim
became the person concerned by the name of the disturbance.
That took place around 1 p.m. On Sunday. The man who made the rat
poison claim is brought to the medical institution around 8 p.m. That night.
Court docket statistics also show that the man in this case has a long

In a separate case, she sued his organization for allegedly
committing defamation of him. That case was also dismissed.
FOX31 also discovered that at least three protection orders were
filed against him. In at least one of those cases, the restraining order was granted.
