Police confirmed to WHBQ that the rapper, whose real name became Alexander Woods

 died on Thursday and said no wrongdoing is suspected.

“This is an ongoing investigation into the loss of life,” police told WHBQ.

Scarr began preparing to go on tour with Key Glock, a fellow Memphis rapper,

The rapper's death was shown in an Instagram post featuring Gucci Mane, the rapper

and reporter who founded 1017 Facts, WHBQ television suggested. 

Big Scarr, whose real name changed to Alexander Woods, was born on April 7, 2000 in South Memphis.

 She reportedly got the nickname from him after being in a near-fatal car accident when he turned sixteen
